I would like to record my sincere appreciation for your efficiency, fast service and kindness associated with the above installation.
As you know, Shirley is my Aunt and is not in very good health. Knowing how much Norman and I have enjoyed the benefits of a heat pump, I suggested to my sister that we pay half each for one to be installed for Aunt Shirley - especially in light of the very hot, sticky weather this summer.
I telephoned Russell, her son-in-law, who said that you had an excellent reputation and he knew you well.
